Delivery & Returns

  • We aim to dispatch SAME DAY on orders received prior to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Tracked delivery options available at the checkout, including Safe Place.  ‘Signed for’ will be applied on orders over £150 (no safe place available).
  • Damaged and order discrepancies are to be notified within 2 working days of receipt.
  • Notify of any undelivered items within 7 days.
