Gold Mountain Ibuki Moxa is our highest quality moxa available. The super pure, extra fine texture of this loose moxa means it is excellent for direct moxibustion and is less likely to burn the skin due to its high concentration of essential oil.

Advised maximum temperature of Gold Mountain Ibuki Moxa is 74^o C for a rice grain size.

Ibuki moxa is grown in the foothills of Mount Ibuki in Japan, Gold Mountain Ibuki moxa is from mugwort gathered only during the midwinter season when the quality is at its peak. Gold Mountain moxa has a volume limit due to its limited gathering and production period.
