Usage Instructions:

1. Remove the Acu-Warmer from the package. Do not open the cloth pouch.
2. Gently squeeze and shake the heating patch.
3. Allow the heating patch to breathe, and it will begin to warm up.
4. Peel off the paper backing and place the adhesive side of the Acu-Warmer on the inside of your clothing, over the area of your body that requires relief. Avoid direct skin contact with the adhesive side.
5. An extra adhesive bandage is included in the box if needed.
6. Once placed in an enclosed area, the Acu-Warmer may take up to 20 minutes to reach its maximum heat level.
7. After use, dispose of the Acu-Warmer with household garbage. The ingredients are environmentally safe.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Acu-Warmer can become very hot (up to 46°C). To prevent burns, avoid direct skin contact. Place a cloth between the Acu-Warmer and the treated area if you feel overheated.
• Use on clean, dry skin.
• Supervision is necessary when used by the elderly, infants, children, individuals with sensitive skin, and those who may not fully perceive the sensation of heat.
• Individuals with diabetes, frostbite, scars, open wounds, bruising, swelling, or circulatory problems should consult a healthcare practitioner before using Acu-Warmer.
